Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate shipping of $5.99 for all US orders. FREE Shipping for all orders over $75 within the US.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt via USPS which takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on destination. Electronic tracking (via USPS) and Delivery Confirmation is included.

Heavy and/or bulky items will incur additional shipping charges.

You can preview the cost of shipping options on any order by selecting the option on the View Cart in the upper right hand corner of the screen or on the View Cart page. The shipping charge displayed in the menu will reflect the cost for that particular service.

Important notice for customers outside the United States
You will be responsible for the payment of any duty or customs fees levied by your country. Please contact customs officials in your country to find out how much you can expect to pay on the arrival of your order.

Please do not ask us to mark it as a "gift" or lower the value of the order.

Delivery Time:  
When you place an order with YarnBazaar.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the shipping options you choose. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.

Fulfilling Backorders:   In the rare case of partial order shipments, all additional shipments after the initial shipment (2nd partial shipment, completion of order, etc.) will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.

Credit Card Charges:   Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your item.

Special Orders:   It may be possible to Special Order an item that we do not normally carry. Please contact us via our email contact form, Contact or by phone at 1-877-275-0475. Special Orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation of Backorders:   Backorders can be cancelled at any time by you, unless it is a Special Order.
